Welcome to DBO360, a business organisation platform by Wonder Stores. These Terms of Use govern the use of the platform and associated services. By using DBO360, you fully accept these terms.

1. Purpose

DBO360 is a digital platform that provides business organisation tools, including customer management, suppliers, products, catalogues, stock, orders, communication and documents.

The platform is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises that wish to centralise their commercial and operational activities in a single location.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of DBO360 implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms described herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

3. Registration and Account

• You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for their confidentiality.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
• DBO360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

• DBO360 operates on an annual subscription model, with values defined according to the contracted plan.
• Payment is made in advance, with the subscription automatically renewed unless cancelled.
• The setup fee (€380) is charged once, upon account activation.
• The annual subscription is €180/year for the base plan.
• Additional features (languages, advanced catalogues, AI, integrations, etc.) are quoted separately.
• Prices may be updated upon 30 days' prior notice.

5. User Obligations

• Use the platform in accordance with the law and public order.
• Do not use DBO360 for fraudulent, illegal or harmful activities.
• Do not share offensive, defamatory or copyright-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas or compromise platform security.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Do not share access credentials with unauthorised third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DBO360 — including software, design, text, images, brands and interface — is the property of Wonder Stores or duly licensed third parties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without express permission. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform, granting DBO360 a licence to process it in the context of providing the service.

7. Liability and Warranties

• DBO360 is provided "as is", with Wonder Stores responsible for maintaining platform operability with due care.
• Wonder Stores is not liable for damages arising from misuse, interruptions not attributable to it, or decisions made based on platform information.
• You are solely responsible for commercial and operational decisions made based on the platform.
• In the event of proven technical failure, Wonder Stores undertakes to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the DBO360 Privacy Policy. You warrant that the data you input is lawful and that you have authorisation for its processing, where applicable.

Wonder Stores adopts technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current annual period.
• There will be no refund of the amount paid, except if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days after activation (right of withdrawal).
• Wonder Stores may terminate the contract for material breach of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to other legal sanctions.
• In the event of termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

Wonder Stores reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or by email, with at least 15 days' notice.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
